The Privacy Policy for SF Professional Distribution describes how and why we access, store, collect, and use your personal data when you use our online services. Our online services include but are not limited to, accessing the sfprofessionaldistribution.com website, or work with us in sales, or marketing.

  • What information does SF Professional Process? When you visit, and sign up on the SF Professional website we may process information depending on how you use our services. Information that we collect is: Billing addresses, names, Paypal information, Stripe, credit card information, and phone numbers. We also require proper documentation for the purchase of nicotine products (i.e Tobacco licenses).
  • Do we process sensitive personal information? In most jurisdictions “sensitive” and “private” information constitutes as racial or ethnic origins, gender, sexual orientation, or even religious beliefs. SF Professional does not require “sensitive” or “personal” information and will not ask it of you.
  • Do we collect any information from third parties? Here at SF Professional we do not collect any information from third parties.
  • How do we process your information? SF professional processes your information to provide our services in a legal way. Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we must verify that we are in legal compliance with state and federal laws. We also use the information that we are given for communication with you, and to help assist in fraud protection. We process your information only under valid and legal circumstances.   • In what situations and with which parties do we share your personal information? We may need to share your information in the case of business transfers. Meaning if SF Professional is in negotiations for mergers, sales of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of SF Professional.
  • How do we keep your information safe? SF Professional has more than adequate technical procedures to keep your information safe. With that in mind it is important to recognize that information on stored electronically cannot be guaranteed to be 100% safe. Therefore we cannot guarantee total safety from hackers, cyber criminals, or other unauthorized third parties. With that in mind we will do everything in our power to protect your personal information. Use of our services is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.
  • Do we collect information from minors? Due to the nature of our services, we do not have any dealings with any individual under the age of 21. By using our services you represent that you are at least the age of 21. If we learn that the personal information we collect is from an individual below the age of 21, we will immediately deactivate the account and take measures to delete such data from our records.   • What are your privacy rights? We are relying on your consent to process your personal information. Whether that consent is expressed or implied. With that in mind you are able to withdraw your consent by contacting us at sfp.distribution@gmail.com. Keep in mind that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of information before the withdrawal nor, when the law applies.
  • Do-not-track Controls.  The Do-Not-Track feature is commonly used on mobile browsers. As it stands our website does not currently have technology for recognizing or implementing DNT Signals. Due to this we do not respond to DNT Browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted, we will take the necessary steps to inform you of it.
  • Do we make updates to this notice? We may update the privacy policy from time to time. This will be indicated by a “Revised” date at the top of the page. If we make any material changes to the Privacy Policy we will either make a formal post on the blog, or send the changes to you directly. We encourage you to review this privacy policy frequently to make sure that you are staying informed on how we are keeping your information safe.
  • How can you review, update, or delete the data we collect from you? Based on the applicable laws of your country or state, you may have the right to access the personal information we have collected from you, details on how we processed it, correct inaccuracies, or delete your personal information. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights might be limited in some circumstances by law.
